This section covers the daily work of delivering a published care flow in Awell Care and in Awell Panels.

**Awell Care** is where a designed care flow meets one patient: finding them, seeing what needs doing and
by whom, acting on activities, and chasing what is still open.

**Awell Panels** is where a team works a whole population at once, from a live list of patients or tasks.
