Configure and use your data catalog

Flag data points as PII, add metadata, and export the catalog, so the data a care flow collects stays understandable and handled correctly.

Once a care flow has some steps and forms in it, go through the data catalog and check that the data points are consistent and used as intended before publishing.

Each data point shows its source, key and type

Open a data point to see those details.

Flag personally identifiable data while building, not afterward

Mark a data point as personally identifiable information, or PII.

The flag governs how that data is handled downstream, so set it when the data point is created rather than after the data has already flowed onward.

Add metadata while the meaning is still fresh

Attach metadata to captured data points, so the meaning travels with the value. A data point named score_2 with no metadata can't be interpreted by whoever analyzes it a year later.

Export the catalog for people who don't work in Studio

Copy the export out of the catalog to review a whole care flow's data with someone who doesn't use Studio, or to hand an analyst the field list before they write queries.
