Care delivery
Deliver live care flows: find a patient and act on what needs doing in Awell Care, or work a whole population from a panel.
This section covers the daily work of delivering a published care flow in Awell Care and in Awell Panels.
Awell Care is where a designed care flow meets one patient: finding them, seeing what needs doing and by whom, acting on activities, and chasing what is still open.
Awell Panels is where a team works a whole population at once, from a live list of patients or tasks.
