Add files, images and videos
Enrich a message with inline media or attachments, and avoid the one embedding mistake that stops a video displaying.
A message can carry media inline in the text or as an attachment.
Inline media keeps the reader in one pane
Embed images and videos inside the message text, so the reader stays in one place. A direct link can go inline too.
Upload the file, or point at something already online.
Use the video's embedded link, not its page link. A normal share link won't display, and nothing warns about it beforehand.
Embedded videos don't work in email. Use them in in-app messages only.
Attachments appear at the bottom of the message
Share files, videos and links as attachments. Upload the file or point at an online version, and give it a sensible display name.
The recipient sees the display name, so "Pre-surgery checklist" beats "final_v3.pdf".

Next: Use variables in your actions to personalize what gets sent.
Send email notifications
Send templated emails from a care flow using an email extension, configured with the organization's own provider account.
Use variables in your actions
Insert care flow data into messages, clinical notes and API calls with the slash command, so one action adapts to each patient.
