Awell Care is the application Awell builds and maintains for running the care flows designed in Studio. It's a prebuilt alternative to running Orchestration headless behind a custom interface.
To trigger a care flow here, create a patient, then start a flow for them.

- Create a patient in Awell Care.
- Start a care flow from their profile. See Start a care flow.
Best when there's no provider app, or a flow needs testing
- There's no provider-facing app, or Awell provides the interface.
- A care flow needs testing. This is the fastest way to run a flow end to end and watch what it does, without wiring up a trigger first.
Even teams that will trigger everything through the API can use Awell Care to prove a care flow works by hand before automating the way in.
